New match
Mixed opponents are dealt from the seed: the personality pool is shuffled and handed out in order, so the same seed always builds the same roster.
A dynasty is chosen once at setup and stands for the whole match. A match with no dynasty plays the balance without asymmetry.
Today's seed comes from the date and follows the UTC day: everyone playing on the same day sees the same map.
